1. PLATFORM ROLE & INTERMEDIARY STATUS
1.1 Sabmeet operates as a digital technology platform enabling users to discover and connect with independent service providers.
1.2 Sabmeet acts solely as an intermediary providing:
• service discovery
• booking infrastructure
• escrow-based payment system
• workflow tracking
1.3 Sabmeet does NOT:
• provide services directly
• employ service providers
• control service execution
• guarantee outcomes
1.4 The contractual relationship for services exists directly between the Customer and the Service Provider.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old.
2.2 Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account.
3.2 Any activity under the account shall be deemed authorized by the user.
4. KYC & VERIFICATION DISCLAIMER
4.1 Sabmeet may verify users and service providers using identity documents and third-party systems.
4.2 Such verification does not guarantee safety, reliability, or future conduct.
5. SERVICE MODEL UNDERSTANDING
5.1 All services on Sabmeet are:
• finite
• step-defined
• outcome-oriented
• time-bound
5.2 Customers agree to review service steps before booking.
6. SERVICE LISTING & INFORMATION
6.1 Service details are provided by service providers.
6.2 Sabmeet does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of listings.
7. BOOKING PROCESS
7.1 Booking flow:
Request → Acceptance → Payment → Execution → Completion
7.2 A booking becomes confirmed only after provider acceptance and payment.
8. PRICING & TAX DISCLAIMER
8.1 Prices are determined by service providers.
8.2 Applicable taxes (including GST, if any) are the responsibility of the service provider unless stated otherwise.
9. ESCROW PAYMENT SYSTEM
9.1 Payments are held in escrow via UPI/Razorpay or equivalent.
9.2 Governed under:
• Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007
9.3 Sabmeet does not operate payment infrastructure.
10. PAYMENT RELEASE CONDITIONS
10.1 Payment is released only after customer marks service as “Completed.”
10.2 Auto-release may occur if no action is taken within platform timelines.
11. REFUND POLICY
11.1 Refunds are based strictly on:
• incomplete service steps
• deviation from declared workflow
11.2 Refund amounts are proportional to step completion.
12. CANCELLATION POLICY
12.1 Customers may cancel bookings subject to platform rules.
12.2 Refund eligibility depends on service stage and provider acceptance.
13. STEP-BASED SERVICE EXECUTION
13.1 Customers must review and approve each service step where required.
13.2 Failure to respond may result in delays or auto progression.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 Disputes must be raised through the platform.
14.2 Sabmeet will review:
• workflow logs
• images
• communication records
14.3 Sabmeet’s decision shall be final and binding.
15. ELECTRONIC RECORDS AS EVIDENCE
All platform data including logs, images, timestamps, and messages shall be considered valid electronic evidence under applicable Indian law.
16. USER CONDUCT
Users must not:
• engage in abusive behavior
• harass service providers
• attempt fraud
• perform illegal activities
17. SAFETY DISCLAIMER
17.1 All offline interactions are at user’s own risk.
17.2 Sabmeet does not guarantee physical safety during service execution.
18. NO WARRANTY
Sabmeet provides the platform “as is” without any warranties, including:
• service quality
• performance
• reliability
• suitability
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Sabmeet’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Sabmeet may use third-party services for:
• payments
• verification
• communication
Users agree to comply with third-party terms.
21. PLATFORM RIGHTS
Sabmeet reserves the right to:
• approve/reject users
• suspend or terminate accounts
• modify platform features
• change business/revenue model at any time
22. FRAUD & MULTI-ACCOUNT RESTRICTION
Users must not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
Violation may lead to permanent ban and legal action.
23. FORCE MAJEURE
Sabmeet shall not be liable for failure or delay due to:
• natural disasters
• government actions
• technical failures
• network outages
24. GOVERNING LAW, NOTICE & SURVIVAL
24.1 Governed by laws of India including:
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
24.2 Jurisdiction: Courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra
24.3 Official communication via registered email shall be considered valid legal notice.
24.4 Clauses relating to liability, indemnity, and disputes shall survive termination of account.
