SabMeet – Yaha Sab Mile
(“SabMeet”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”)
By accessing, registering, booking, listing, or using SabMeet in any manner, you (“User”, “Customer”, “Vendor”, “Service Provider”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and applicable Indian laws.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
PLATFORM IDENTITY & LEGAL POSITION
SabMeet is a digital connecting marketplace only.
✔ SabMeet connects customers with independent service providers
✔ SabMeet provides technology infrastructure
✔ SabMeet manages booking workflow and escrow system
SabMeet does NOT:
- Provide, execute, supervise, or guarantee any service
- Act as employer, agent, broker, contractor, or partner
- Control how services are performed
All vendors operate independently at their own risk and responsibility.
SERVICE MODEL – STRICTLY SCOPE-BASED
All services listed on SabMeet must be:
- Clearly defined in scope
- Finite and outcome-based
- Step-structured
- Time-bound
❌ Open-ended services
❌ Long-term retainers
❌ Undefined deliverables
❌ Ongoing employment-style work
are not supported on this platform.
SCOPE COMPLETION OVERRIDES SUBJECTIVE OPINION
Service fulfillment is evaluated only on:
✔ Completion of defined scope
✔ Completion of listed steps
Not on:
❌ Personal dissatisfaction
❌ Expectation mismatch
❌ Subjective quality opinion
If vendor completes service exactly as described, it is treated as successfully delivered.
BOOKING & ORDER FLOW
- Customer selects provider using filters.
- Customer submits request.
- Vendor accepts or declines.
- Accepted request moves to unpaid status.
- Customer completes payment.
- Payment is held in escrow.
- Booking becomes confirmed order.
Service may occur:
- At customer location
- At vendor location
- As defined in listing
Customers must review all listing details before booking.
PAYMENT, ESCROW & RELEASE
- Payments are processed through authorized payment systems.
- Funds are temporarily held in escrow.
- Funds are released only upon scope completion or dispute resolution.
- Once released, payment is final and non-reversible.
SabMeet does not guarantee refunds, replacements, or compensation beyond escrow rules.
STEP-BASED DISPUTE & REFUND RULE
If dispute arises at a specific step:
- Vendor is entitled only to payment proportionate to completed steps.
- Remaining balance is refunded to customer from escrow.
Refund calculation strictly follows listing structure visible at time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Each vendor defines individual cancellation terms in their listing.
However, in dispute-based discontinuation:
- Refund shall be processed as per step-completion rule.
Platform reserves authority to override cancellation decisions in cases of fraud or safety risk.
ZERO TOLERANCE USER CONDUCT POLICY
SabMeet strictly prohibits:
- Harassment
- Abuse
- Threats
- Fraud
- Violence
- Illegal activities
- Criminal acts
- Sexual misconduct
- Discrimination
In serious violations, SabMeet may:
- Immediately suspend or terminate accounts
- Withhold escrow
- Share data with law enforcement
- Fully cooperate with police or courts
Users acknowledge that SabMeet may disclose information as required by law.
NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTS OR DAMAGES
SabMeet shall not be responsible for:
- Theft
- Physical injury
- Property damage
- Accidents
- Criminal acts
- Fights or disputes
- Death
- Legal consequences
All such matters remain strictly between Customer and Vendor.
LEGAL DISPUTES BETWEEN USERS
SabMeet:
- Is not a mediator, arbitrator, or legal representative
- Is not responsible for resolving private legal disputes
- Shall not be included as a party in legal proceedings between users
Users agree not to implead SabMeet in civil or criminal disputes arising from services.
OFF-PLATFORM DEALINGS
Any activity conducted outside the SabMeet platform including:
- Direct payments
- Separate contracts
- Continued engagement
- Material purchase
- Side agreements
is entirely at users’ own risk.
SabMeet bears no liability whatsoever for off-platform dealings.
INDEPENDENT DECISION & USER JUDGMENT
Users acknowledge:
- They act independently
- They engage at their own discretion
- They must verify each other
SabMeet does not influence or control user decisions.
NO PROFESSIONAL OR LEGAL GUARANTEE
SabMeet does not guarantee:
- Professional competence
- Licensing validity
- Legal compliance
- Medical advice
- Legal advice
- Technical accuracy
Users must conduct their own due diligence.
CATEGORY-SPECIFIC DOCUMENTATION
Vendors must submit required documents based on category, including but not limited to:
Medical & Health / Beauty
- Professional license
- Clinic registration
- Government ID
- Regulatory compliance certificates
Grooming & Self-Care
- Trade certification
- Establishment registration
- ID verification
Home Repair & Maintenance
- Skill certification (if applicable)
- Business registration
- ID verification
Delivery & Transport
- Valid driving license
- Vehicle registration
- Commercial permits
- Insurance
Education & Tutoring
- Educational certificates
- ID verification
Professional & Business Services
- Professional certifications
- GST registration (if applicable)
- Business registration
Personal & Lifestyle Services
- ID verification
- Certification (if applicable)
Events & Creative Services
- Business registration (if applicable)
- ID verification
Skilled & Custom Services
- Trade documentation
- Business registration (if applicable)
SabMeet may request additional documents as required by law.
VENDOR AGREEMENT (LEGALLY BINDING)
By registering, vendor agrees:
Independent Contractor Status
Vendor is not an employee, agent, or partner of SabMeet.
Indemnification
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold SabMeet harmless from any claims, damages, legal costs, or liabilities arising from service delivery.
Warranty of Accuracy
Vendor guarantees submitted documents are genuine and valid.
Legal Compliance
Vendor is responsible for all regulatory compliance under Indian law.
PLATFORM FEES
SabMeet may charge:
- Subscription fees
- Service fees
- Platform usage fees
SabMeet does not guarantee income, work volume, or earnings.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SabMeet shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business loss
- Injury
- Property damage
- Emotional distress
Total liability, if any, shall never exceed the total platform fees paid to SabMeet for that specific booking.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
SabMeet may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraud is suspected
- Legal compliance requires action
- Platform integrity is at risk
No compensation shall be payable.
FORCE MAJEURE
SabMeet shall not be liable for failure due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government orders
- Internet outages
- Pandemics
- War
- Events beyond reasonable control
RIGHT TO MODIFY TERMS
SabMeet reserves the absolute right to:
- Modify Terms
- Update policies
- Change rules
- Add/remove services
- Modify eligibility
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
FINAL ACCEPTANCE
By registering or using SabMeet, you confirm:
✔ You understand SabMeet is a connecting technology platform only
✔ You accept risks associated with service engagement
✔ You agree to be bound by these Terms

SabMeet – Yaha Sab Mile provides technology infrastructure, not services.
All responsibility, legality, compliance, safety, and conduct remain solely with users.
SabMeet shall not be held liable for any service-related consequence beyond its platform fee limits.
